Q: I want to order from your site, but I want to get a sample first. Can I?

A: Yes, you can order a sample from our site, but the cost will be “retailed price". You can mix different items together in one order. You are welcome to order samples ( 1- 7 pcs  of items ) to check the quality.  In sample order the buyers are responsible for the shipping cost.

When the order is 8 items or more, we offer free shipping.

Q: How do I place an order with wholesaler on net?
A: Please register first in our website. Simple click "order" on the items you need and go to your "add to shopping bag" to state the quantity you need and sum up the amount and submit your order. After we receive the order we will send you the money amount and the payment detail. When you confirm the order, we will send you an invoice.
Q: When will you ship my items?
A: We will ship out your bags within 24 hours as soon as we receive the payment.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We ship within 24 hours of receiving your payment, unless otherwise noted. Most orders take 4-6 days for delivery. On rare accessions we may have an unexpected delay on an order. If this ever is expected with your order you will be immediately informed by E-mail

Q: How can I know my order status?
A: Once we send the bags, we will send you an E-mail for the estimated arriving date and give you a tracking number if you choose EMS, with which you can check the status of your order online.

Q: Do you charge impost?
A: We don't charge impost , We don't carry duty on any damages or loss during shipping.
